Oh My! Polyform what have you done?

A few months ago I ordered 6 packs of polyform from Walmart.........thank God!

I was able to get most of what I wanted to make with these packs, but just yesterday I

picked up 3 more packs and SURPRISE............and let me tell you I hate surprises,

like when a manufacturer decides to change their product formula........in the middle

of the holidays- crafters must be going wild!

The packaging looks the same, pretty much.

But the actual product..........is a mess!

Have you ever purchased one of those make your own paper kits?  yes,
like sludge..........mushy pulp!

The consistency is totally different than the original formula!
I had clay everywhere and it stuck to my nails..........took 20 minutes
to get it off! 

Bottom right is what I had left from the original product.  Can we
talk color?  Packaging says white........but, compared to WHITE, this
stuff looks like recycled cardboard!

ok, I've been working with this clay all afternoon and I'm in
tears..........real tears........  Most of my designs incorporate
crystal chips, well not going to happen in this sludge! 
If I depress a tiny chip into this clay, the entire area CRACKS. 
I am not happy!  Not sure if you can tell from this photo
but all the edges are cracking in the new stuff!

So, obviously the answer is to try another brand............because
there's no way I can work with this stuff!
